Where do you ship from?All items are shipped from Kochi, Kerala, India.

How can i get a refund?If your product arrives damaged, please contact us via Email or WhatsApp, providing package opening videos and pictures of the product within 24 hours of receiving it, and return it within the next 48 hours. We kindly request that you do not accept unsealed or broken-seal goods upon delivery, as this will not be considered a valid reason for return. Returned goods must be unused, in their original packaging, and with tags in place. Items without tags will not be accepted. Please ensure that the returned items are securely and safely packed to prevent further damage during transit. For self-shipped returns, please use a reliable courier service and provide us with the shipping details via Email or WhatsApp. Upon receiving the returned product, our quality team will conduct a damage check, provided your return meets the above criteria. We will then ship the exchanged product to you within seven working days or issue a refund.

What is the cancellation policy?At Anjoos Collections, you can cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund. To cancel, please contact us at anjooscollections@gmail.com with your order details. After 24 hours, cancellations are not accepted as orders are processed for shipment. Custom or personalized orders cannot be canceled once production has begun.
